Customer Reviews
Vision Elite is pretty sweet!
grabbed the lockly vision elite during one of their seasonal sales, saving a good chunk with a newsletter code, about 25% off. took maybe 5 days to get here, and install was pretty straightforward, even though i had to kinda guess if professional installation was an option (wish they made that clearer!). the wi-fi bridge was a separate purchase but totally worth it for remote access. my only minor gripe is the app sometimes takes a sec to connect, but otherwise, it's been great. security feels way better than my old kwikset.
Easy to set up
I bought the Lockly Access Touch a couple weeks ago. It was pretty easy to get it installed on my door, didn't take too long. The fingerprint reader works well for me and my wife. The app was simple to figure out too. Overall, it was a good purchase and a smooth experience.
Love my new lock!
I just got the Lockly Vision Elite and I absolutely love it! The camera feature is so clear, and the PIN Genie keypad is such a clever idea. It feels incredibly secure and looks great on my door. Shipping was fast, got it in just a few days. Setup was simpler than I thought it would be. I'm definitely shopping here again, maybe for my back door next! This lock makes my home feel so much safer!
Good secure pro purchase
I ordered the Lockly Secure Pro from their website last month. The ordering process was straightforward; I navigated the site easily on my phone. Delivery took about a week to reach my place in upstate New York, which was within their estimated timeframe. The packaging was robust, keeping everything safe. Installation was a bit tricky for me as I'm not super handy, but their customer support chat was helpful when I had a question about the wiring. They responded quickly, maybe within 5 minutes. The lock itself feels very solid, and the fingerprint scanner works reliably most of the time. The app is intuitive enough for daily use. I had a small hiccup with the initial Wi-Fi setup but got it sorted. Overall, a good experience and a quality product.
Good value with the discount
I was looking for a smart lock and found Lockly. I signed up for their newsletter and got a discount on my first order, which was nice. I ended up getting the Lockly Secure. The price felt reasonable after the discount. Shipping was free, which always helps. The lock works as expected, and I feel like I got good value for my money. It was worth the purchase.
Consistently good experience
This isn't my first Lockly lock. I've bought a Secure Plus and a Flex Touch before. This time, I got the Lockly Guard for my side door. Each time, the process has been pretty consistent. Ordering is always easy, and shipping takes about the same amount of time, usually 5-7 days to Texas. The product quality is reliable; these locks hold up well. That consistency is why I keep coming back. I know what to expect, and Lockly always delivers.
Quick shipping, solid lock
Got the Lockly PGD628. Shipped fast. Arrived in 4 days. Lock feels very solid. Fingerprint works well. Happy with it.

Thinking of grabbing a Lockly Secure Pro but also eyeing a Kwikset model. Anyone have thoughts on Lockly vs Kwikset, especially for the fingerprint scanner?
Thinking about the Lockly Flex Touch. How reliable is that fingerprint sensor in real life? I've had issues with others before.
Does Lockly ever do like, good sales? Waiting for a deal on the Vision Elite, not sure if I should just buy it now or hold out.
Is there a military discount available? My brother's looking at getting a couple of these.
Are refurbished locks worth it? Saw some on sale but a bit nervous about buying a used smart lock.
